“I called Darren to tell him that the PVG-12V topsoil screener I purchased from OMH ProScreen inc USA is an amazing piece of equipment. I had my doubts but the PVG-12V has far exceeded my expectations. I thought I might be able to screen about 50% of the ground material Darren said it would do; instead it does 150% more. OMH Proscreen really undersells the PVG 12V . I make utilities bedding, then rock, then loam on the surface. Since using this screener I do not have to buy out any material.
The most amazing thing about the PVG-12V is its portability and compact size. It fits on my trailer along with my skid steer. It is so easy to pick up and move around to where I need it. I take it to small yards and it has consistently saved me money. When I have a large screening job it is perfect because in just seconds I can work anywhere on the site by moving the screener.
I was told that the screener could very well pay for itself the first summer. My screener has already paid for itself in one month of using it. I never realized how much aggregate and soil is wasted by hauling off what we dug up and hauling new material in . Now screening it myself saves me money and time.
The design of this screener is well-suited to my needs. No engine to oil or worry about overheating and best of all no grease fittings – it is maintenance free . This screening plant does what a $20,000 screening plant can do. Even better. It only took me 5 minutes to change out screens. In my opinion, this screener is worth more and is simple and easy to use with great production.
I am extremely satisfied with my use of the PVG-12V topsoil screener. It is just amazing what this topsoil screener can do.
Anyone interested in purchasing the PVG-12V topsoil screener may call me for information. I’d be glad to share my experience using this great equipment.”

There are six things you need to consider before purchasing a topsoil screener.
OMH ProScreen USA topsoil screener PVG-C120
1) What kinds of jobs do you intend to do?
2) What kinds of materials are you going to screen?
3) How much money do you want to spend?
4) What kind of machine do you have? Skidsteer, backhoe, bucket tractor, front-loader, etc.?
5) What kind of hourly production do you expect?
6) How important is portability and compact size?
There are many topsoil screeners widely varying in size and price for sale on the Internet. Before making any major purchase it’s best to do your research. Answer the questions above and you will know the specifications for the topsoil screener best suited for your needs.
The PVG series of soil screeners can separate out soils, rocks, dirt, compost, gravel, sand, wood chips, garden debris and more. Hourly production depends upon the size of your bucket (how much you can feed the screener in one pass), the moisture content of the materials being screened, the size of the woven screen and the distance you have to travel back and forth to your screener.
For example, the PVG-96 two-product screener can screen 30 to 50 cubic yards per hour. The PVG-C120 three-product soil screener can produce 40 to 60 cubic yards per hour.
For vibratory soil screeners the size of the screener used is important. The PVG line of topsoil screeners have 10 screen sizes available from 5/32 of an inch to six inches. Changing out screens can be an annoying task with other screener models. The PVG screens can be swapped out by one person in about five minutes.
For portability the PVG soil screeners win hands-down. Designed to be picked up and moved around on the jobsite with your skidsteer’s (or whatever machine you use) blade or lifting lugs it can be taken where it is needed. The PVG-12V was specifically constructed to fit sideways on your trailer along with your machine saving time and travel.

We endorse "Reclaim. Recycle. Reuse". Reduce waste by using recycled ground materials.
Green Building is not just a building that is the color green, it means a way of construction, landscaping and excavation that keeps waste to a minimum and everything that can be used and reused is.
It is a set of priorities that matches the need to save money and the need to watch what we dump into our land-fills. Perfectly good material is thrown away by the tens of tons because it is deemed too expensive in labor costs to reclaim. There is a booming secondary market reclaiming and reselling various items and materials once considered waste.
We’ve heard much about our carbon footprint. A building or structure has a foot-print as well. Most important, an energy-conserved and occupant-friendly design and use of existing natural features saves money and earns respect.
